Big week. I finished my ghost novel, started an intense fitness regimen with my wife, and got a large tattoo.
 
The novel is off to my agent. I don’t know if anyone will care about it, or if it will even get published. I love it, though.
 
The fitness regimen involves daily 6:15 A.M. workouts and strict clean eating. No gin except on Fridays and Saturdays. We’re doing it for one month, just to see what actually happens to a body when you do everything right.
 
The tattoo needs another two hours of coloring in September. It keeps surprising me in mirrors.
